1. Heat griddle or medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Arrange turkey breast and ham on one slice of bread, buttered side down. Spread barbecue sauce over the lunchmeat. Top with one pineapple slice, Swiss cheese and the remaining slice of bread, buttered side up.
3. Toast over medium heat 2–3 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden brown and cheese melts.

The only thing I would do different is use mayo instead of butter or margarine on the bread.
